On the day of your rental, a security deposit is placed on your credit card. This is a hold (check-in), not a charge. When you return the vehicle, the bank releases the amount within approximately 3 to 6 days (check-out). The same day you return the car, you will receive your check-out receipt from us.
The deposit amount depends on the type of vehicle you reserved. It generally ranges from $250 USD to $350 USD.
If it is a foreign debit card, yes, it is possible. If it is a Mexican bank account, we do not recommend it, as the bank may take up to one month to release the held amount.

Yes. We offer an insurance option with a 0% deductible. This coverage has an extra daily cost that depends on the type of car. You can add this insurance in the “extras” section when making your reservation.

The minimum age to rent is 24 years old. Drivers between 19 and 23 years old must pay an additional young driver insurance of $4 USD per day.
No, fuel is not included. You must return the vehicle with the same fuel level it had when it was delivered to you.
On your arrival day, we will be waiting for you at the “Family and Friends” exit to transfer you to our nearest office, located just about 6 minutes from the airport. In your “confirmation and instructions” email, you will find step-by-step directions to get there and avoid any scams inside the airport. We will also contact you as soon as your flight has landed.
